Languages: Federation Standard and only a bit of self taught Cardassian
Interests: Alexander enjoys many different sports including racquetball, basketball, snowboarding, rock climbing, etc. If he isn't able to pursue these activities on land, he spends a good deal of time in the holo deck. He enjoys hanging out with other fun loving beings while sampling various alcohols from around the universe. Alex is still young and adventurous and always looking for new ways to have fun. He has always been interested in the mysterious side of his heritage but has never pursued learning the ways of the Cardassians in any way other than attempting to learn their language. He of course knows of their history and has never wanted anyone to even think he may have any of their negative traits.

Bio: Alexander Jasad was born to a Human mother and a Cardassian father on the planet of Adigian Prime. His parents were part of a geological survey program that brought students together from many universities around the universe. They met on the planet and during the year long course had a steamy yet secret love affair. Toward the end of the program, Alexander’s mother discovered she was pregnant and was surprised to find out that her accompanying professor knew as well. Before she was shipped back to Earth she was able to talk with her lover one last time and tell him the news. Before everything had fully set in, she was sent packing to Earth alone. Alexander was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and was given his father’s name, Jasad, as his own last name. With no Cardassian influences in his life, Alexander grew up as normally as a half Cardassian half Human child could in Las Vegas. His mother never married, but simply devoted her life to him. They were surrounded by her family and his upbringing was rather quiet. As soon as Alexander graduated from high school he was accepted into Starfleet Academy and graduated near the top of his class.
