Born in a space port. Sev was raised by a Ferengi named Riff in a space port
until he was old enough to be used as slave labor until he found he could read
minds.
At the age of 16 he used his abilities to buy his freedom and shortly there,
after he killed Riff's whole family for profit. Taken prisoner for the Murder
of Riff's family he bought his way to freedom by bribing the magistrate. He
closely followed the rules of acquisition but is trying to change this does
not quote in public for fear of questioning. With his name cleared he vowed
to change his life.
And entered the Academy. No one knows of his past and no one knows he's half Betazoid. He claims to be from Earth, New Zealand.
